FNB what a nice bank to do business with!!

After many years, the bank that I rated & promoted made me swallow my words. January 2019 a dealer app**** for motor finance on my behalf. It was declined and the reason - Client bad! Although the R25 000.00 plus a month that runs through my account seems good. this is the same division that send me letters & SMS's offering me a pre-approved loan up to R250 000.00. Funny isn't it. October 2010 I was sequestrated, and FNB was notified as my account was closed. February 23 2019 I decided to close my accounts at FNB to release them from a bad client. This action took place at the Pretoria North branch with the most previous pathetic manager in the banking industry. 7 Months later and the accounts are still active & close to R2 000.00 in overdraft. I've tried every phone number that was available on my friend Google but ends up at a recording - if constipated press 1, if not constipated press 2, wanna be constipated press 3 or hold on until your airtime runs out for the first adviser that is not going to take your call in any case. Got lucky once - a cleaner at the legal department answered the phone, knew nothing, took my phone number down on a piece of toilet paper and said that Somebody will call me back. Up to now I never received a call from Mr Somebody. I don't want any calls from anybody there anymore. All I need is the accounts closed and my name removed from their system.
