FNB - what a mission to upgrade limit

What a mission to do a limit increase on my credit card. Firstly, was helped through an assistant via telephone to increase the limit whereafter I get a message that my limit have been increased. The next day, I see that nothing has happened and I query the increase, where I get told they require proof of income. When I ask to which email address I must send it, I was given my own email address. Telling the consultant that I cant email myself, she gives me the *** address to which I email the documents. Next day, I follow up again, now I'm given another email address (***) and are told that it will take another 72 hours.
