FNB What a load of ****

I app**** for a personal loan a week ago, and I still have not received the right quote. I have been told that I must make the decision for the personal loan based on an incorrect interest rate, and only when I get the payout will I receive the adjusted rate. Nedbank managed to get everything right in under 30 minutes. there service is is incredible. its sad because i have only been a client of FNB my entire life. you treat your customers like ****. I will be notifying regulators and complaining on public forums. I will also be shutting down all my accounts and moving to nedbank. (FNB how can we help you you? what a load of ****)
