FNB what a JOKE.

FNB does not even deserve a 1 star.

After struggling to get a settlement amount from FNB for almost a month, (which they couldn't even do, I had to get tgeir LEGAL department to assist.)

I paid the owed amount, and FNB could not assist with the settlemnt letter, after added rent due to their slack, they advised that I need to pay the rent as well before they can assist.

So I paid the extra amount so this can be sorted,

Then all of a sudden they cannot assist with the settlement letter to indicate that I have paid in full because the account needs to be closed, (but when i went in a month ago to the branch they said I need the settlement lette rto close the account) . However they can assist with a statement. So I have requested a statement... and YET AGAIN FNB has excuses not to send it to me...

I am at the point of SWEARING at them. *** is going on with FNB.

This is PATHETIC FNB.

I cannot keep on paying rent because FNB is useless and they don't even know the procedures.

My rating is : DON'T USE FNB EVER.
