Fnb what a joke!

Fnb is honestly hopeless, don't ever bank with fnb! Will tell everyone I know never to use them again. 6th time I'm now writing on here. Seems you guys clearly don't understand the point I was making. I paid my credit card before I got told I have 30 days till it goes to legal, then it still got sent to legal 4 days after it had been paid! How is that my fault? And I was told I had 30 days to pay it, the day after it had been paid. Now I get told it won't get pulled back from legal unless I send proof that I informed the credit card department I was injured, which I did through a claim! After sending the proof of my claim forms I get told I have yet to send proof. Your credit card collection department is ***********! Opening an account at a new bank this weekend and Transfering everything over. Done with fnb! Month and a half later and your mistake is still not fixed! What a joke!

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

I am disappointed to hear that your previous complaint had not been resolved. I have escalated your comments to FNB Credit Card  and have requested that they be in contact with you.

However I have reviewed your previous complaint and noted that an email was sent to you requesting that you provide them with proof that you advised the Bank that you had a medical condition due to an accident.

Please advise if this was provided, to who as well as the email address you sent it to. Once this information is provided we will liaise with FNB Credit Card regarding a resolution to your complaint.
