FNB what a joke
FNB What a Joke of a bank, because of you my credit score is down the drain. I contacted my private banker Sambo Mbali in June 2018 to close my account and send me banking details for my loan so that I can pay it I was told because my new account is not more than 3 months old they cannot debit from my new account. now all of a sudden I have been handed over for an overdrawn cheque acc witch should of been closed but apparently im still paying bank fees on this acc and for my personal loan wich they cant give me acc details for. I sent Mbali my private banker an email last week Wednesday and up until today I have had no response from this useless bank.
