FNB - WHAT A FRUSTRATING CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT YOU HAVE!!!

If there was a score below zero, I would definitely rate the FNB Credit Card department below zero coz it’s the worst!!! I had been sent from pillar to post with the same issue for yhe last six months, remove the account from my profile and help me understand and improve my credit because this credit card is affecting my damn score!!!

I am unable to do what I need to do because of this damn credit card and this bank won’t even acknowledge my communication. This is the second complaint about the same issue, I feel defeated!
