FNB WHAT A DISGRACE

I so wish we would be allowed to give an institution a minus 20 star rating!

I have logged a complaint with FNB Home loans several months ago, I have been flabbergasted by the disgusting feedback I received from FNB. Inaccurate, untruths ,manipulating of data, tampering with old data and lots more! My complaint has never been resolved, it is ongoing, I however received a sms from FNB yesterday saying they have resolved my complaint, please can I rate my experience, FNB are you joking, you give me from 1 to 5 to rate you, but your disgraceful service needs a MINUS 100 rating . I have requested a recon on my home loan I have been paying for the past 280 months, at an amount of between R10 000 and R9500 per month, the executive that answered, sent me a reply saying TOTAL payment into this home loan is R19 818,69 . FNB what happened to the millions I have paid into this home loan!!!!! ABSOLUTELY INSANE!!!!!!!
