FNB what a disgrace
FNB what a waste of a bank, been in contact with them regarding a debit dispute, the event happened on the 11 of September , when I phoned regarding the ***** case I was told I would receive a call from an investigator, still to this day I have not received a call, yesterday I received an SMS stating that they wont pay the money back when I have provided clear evidence that I was unaware of the debit order that went off , FNB Bank thank you for useless service, I will be taking this further as to getting Attorneys involved and the Ombudsman. Thanks again for being absolutely useless service.
