FNB, what a disappointment

I was really excited about moving over to FNB. But I genuinely regret this decision. Every single payment I make goes onto the pending list for at least a week or two. Money is deducted from my available balance though and yet I still find my account in a negative state. Which means even though I have money in my account I have to wait for all the pending payments to go through. They will then tell you it is out of their hands as the merchant decides when they bank, yet all the other banks I've used NEVER do this. I am going to be bold here and say FNB is truly a **** bank. In the new year I'm definitely going elsewhere, WOW
