FNB WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT

I wish I can explain how I feel currently. I decided to change from bank which I did and exactly from 08:00 until now 13:08 I am trying to activate my fnb account and submit my fica documents. I was cut off several times I still do not know where to submit my documents to because the lady gave the wrong email address. I need a stamp urgently that shows I changed from bank which my work require and stillllll no one assisted me. I cannot even explain my disappointment. I am a new client and no one is assisting me.
