FNB Westgate

VERY DISAPPOINTED with Catherine O'Grady from the Westgate mall in the West for such poor service, what I needed was simply fill in details on a specific form and stamp it. After struggling for a long time with getting this right she makes sure she does it so wrong that my document is declined and further complains to me that this not her job... I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with this now I have to start the process all over again and Sunday is the only day I get to freely go to the bank... Fnb should select people who actually want to work
