FNB wesbank and driva division is pathetic and useless.

Never and never again will I use FNB wesbank driver to renew my licence. Wesbank was burried with COVID-19. I made payment in August, to date, I have not received my licence. I spent more than R200 on airtime to follow-up with them. They keep ditching me pillar to post. My A4 page is full of different numbers and email. At some point, I was told I can only send an email as they don't have direct line. Some calls were banged on my face. All I want is my MONEY!!!!!
