FNB went the extra mile

I would like to thank FNB Last year March they helped me retrieve all the premiums paid to a ***** company that I joined to pay for my car service.

What happened is that I joined this company that deducted monthly premiums for me to have assistant whenever my car needs a service.

They did not pay for my car service in December 2017 and by that time I was suppose to travel from Durban to Pretoria with an unserviced car because they failed to assist me. They failed to communicate with the car dealership where my car was at. And I tried to communicate with them only to be put on hold for the next available consultant. I mean that was the matter of emergency, and they knew that the car was there, finally spoke to one consultant and they said they are very busy, and I asked them to call me back because my airtime units had been finished due to waiting, said he will see if and whenever he gets time.

I was so disappointed firstly at customer service not to mention that the garage was closing and the car was not serviced because they couldn't get through to them. And I was told to come get the car.

After numerous complaints to the company, and several emails sent, they never contacted me.

And I asked FNB to reverse all the premiums paid to them. And I would like to thank the service that FNB rendered to me with this problem I had. Which resulted into them reversing all the premiums paid to that company. FNB went the extra mile to making sure that as a client I am not ****** by any one and that my money is not missused by ***** company that never stick to their promises.

Which really proves that FNB is the best bank and when they say How can we help you...they really mean it.
