FNB went into my account and transferred money without my permission!!!!

Collections department went into my Business Account without my permission and set up a scheduled payment and transfered the money to the account that is not even negative.

I did not agree to that. No one spoke to me regarding this.

I'm not at risk of being de*****ed by FNB allowing its stuff to transact on my account with permission.
