FNB Wealth is a joke

Please dont ever consider FNB its the worst bank to deal with. PayPal send money to my bank account and not my credit card I am struggling for 5 days to get the money from FNB the consultant at Gold accounts assisted me perfectly, but because I am Private Wealth he could not work on my account. Privat Wealth is pathetic after a 40 min call its still not resolved.
