FNB Wealth & Investment is so terrible.

The FNB Wealth and Investment division is so terrible. For months on their MIT tab online, I haven't been able to do any transaction(Disinvest, Switch, Add Recurring or Lump Sum), the buttons have disappeared. Funny thing is that now for everyone though. What's the point of having this account that I can't do anything about? I spoke to a person who works on their IT department(ex ***orker) and she logged a query for me, that was weeks back. She never got any feedback, neither have I. When you send a general query via the website you don't get feedback either. Such terrible service man. Like literally nobody ever replies, call center, emails and general enquiries.
