It's been months that I assisted help from their legal department on a matter,which I duly pay for monthly and FNB deducts the installment like clock work, tons of emails from 2019 including 2020,unqualified people handling serious matter that don't know the law which I had to advise, Sipho Nkosi was assigned to my matter since then he disappeared with other colleagues copied, is this what FNB sells? Almost *****ing people's money with promises basically like a cheap ********
