Reviewer Update

I am highly disappointed at FNB.

I received a call and just got the same news, that I have been declined for an credit account upgrade.

It's like talking to a wall, one's word's just bounce back.

Like I explained, FNB would allow one to open 10 credit card accounts, but they won't upgrade one's current account.

So what is the logic in that?

If one calculate the interest on a number of accounts would exceed the interest of just upgrading a current account.

Thus, thank you so much for no help.

I'll settle the credit account and close it.

If this is the service received from a bank I have been with for how many years.

I'll rather open a credit account with nedbank or standard bank.

Thank you for nothing.
