FNB - we will shut your business down with no notice!

<p>My company, Recoveries Direct CC, opened 2 bank accounts with FNB just more than a year ago. We submitted all FICA documents. On 24 June 2016 - with no notice to us, the accounts were frozen. After hours of trying to speak to them, we were told that it was because of FICA documents (which they already had). After sitting in their Bryanston branch for 4 and a half hours, we were told that the accounts would be opened. It wasn't. After another 3 hours of telephone calls and illogical explanations (such as that our FICA "situation" was with the auditors but that we can't speak to them because they dont have phones) and being told that we can log a complaint if we are not happy, we managed to get the accounts unfrozen. </p>
