FNB Waterfall Mall

After my phone was ****** at a rugby fan park during the Boks v Eng game, I struggled to delink the phone from my banking profile. FNB Waterfall Mall came to the rescue by assisting in blocking the cellphone profile and cancelling all the cards linked to the phone app. New temporary cards were issued and personalised cards ordered immediately.

The process was almost derailed by Home Affairs being offline and my fingerprints not being able to be verified.
