FNB wastes more of my time.

Andrew Singh from FNB calls me to tell me that the only way I can get a device of mine verified is to do a transaction for more than R300. The instructions to verify a device on the FNB App and FNB website do not mention this. And once you have made the payment I must wait 72 hours for it to be verified. Yesterday I was told I must wait 7 working days. The offical instructions say you just have to login to a verified device or browser and go to devices and click on the verify button. I would love to do this but that button never appears. Mr Singh says it is more secure to have a customer make a payment to verify a device. This is nonsense because if my username and password were compromised then the ******** could also just make a R300 payment to anyone on my list of beneficiaries and wait the 72 hours and then add a new beneficiary and remove all the money from my account. So how is that more secure? He wasted 15 minutes of my time telling me this. Please don't waste my time. Just fix your system so that I can login and verify my device please.
