FNB waste of time

Fnb has dispute we my two debit orders but hasn't put into my account, it's pending.....I'm so tired of calling FNB.....they just need to put the two amounts into my account......times are hard, I haven't returned to work, FNB is the worst bank to deal with...... please help me, I need FNB to put the amounts into my account please.....
