FNB Waste of time and effort . incompetant staff

After everything FNB advertises my wife decided to finally move banks after being with absa for well over 10 years. she opened her account online , the call center agents inserted wrong details even though the correct info was given, her card was delivered with incorrect details and fica doc's was handed in (different details ) but the courier accepted. we then went to the branch and got everything corrected and a new card was requested . but once again the courier wants different info (requested by FNB). waste of time and effort , other banks are much easier to deal with , FNB make things look so nice in the ads but everything is a lie.
