Fnb ***** waste of airtime

Tried to upgrade my phone contract only to find out fnb have me on a ***** list with sapfs Got a ref number room sapfs and a contact number for fnb ***** dept wasted all my airtime still vannoy get in touch with the fnb ***** dept.no one answers the call I don't even know why fnb has put my name on the sapfs because I don't even do business with them
