fnb wants to stell my money by freezing my business account for no reason, Worst bank and worst custormer care.

I wish there was a worst star rating than even giving a one star to FNB, because it even feels like am the one star is too mch for these people. The froze my business account (name; Pablo Movers. Account; ***) with my money and that for my contractors, over no reason that they can explain but keep giving me stories and when i ask who is the complainant is there is any, they cant tell me what or who was the reason for them to freeze my account. They just gave me a case number *** but no one is really helping me out on this and there is no complainant yet my account stays frozen and more clients are paying there money into the same account but i cant access the money. My businees friends advised me about this bank that they do things like this to their clients and dont care to resolve them as fast as possible so that their clients acn go back to their day to day businesses but i used to have so much trust in this bank that i even failed to take the advise. now i feel like a fool because i see the same exact things i was advised about happening to me, my business is on stand still and my contractors are tired of waitiong for their payments for teh jobs they already finished doing but fnb isnt showing any concern about helping finalise whatever caused my account to be frozen. i dont have any custormers compalining to me about anything, i tried contacting the custormers i worked for but they all say they never complained about anything to fnb and i have proof of the charts, and fnb is not telling me whether their is a complainant or the reason for the account to be frozen. iam really really losing interest in this bank as well. and am tired of waiting. i need my account open so that i can pay all the contractors iam owing money to because they already worked for this money and some of them are really tired of waiting to the extent that its their lawyers contacting me. On the otehr hand i woulnd also like to lose them because i also need their businesses but unfortunately FNB doesnt care
