FNB wants to sell our grandmother’s home

They are taking it to auction because my cousin was their employee until 1996 .Before they dismissed her due to mental illness which they were very much aware of ,she took the loan to renovate my grandmother’s house with the title deed that she took it from my aunt wish is now diseased because of the situation, she passed on after they called her in 2018 before she went to court with the assistant of legal aid .In 2023 they tried to put the house on auction then some guy helped by stopping them by asking them why they didn’t take their money when they dismiss her and what happened to her pension they rep**** by saying they are going to do investigations and call them to come and talk which never happened until last month when they brought the notice of sale with the case number: 68313/2014 and the guy who helped us 2023 also passed on last year. I’m granddaughter who’s willing to talk to FNB by buying the house before the take it to auction but they are refusing to talk to anyone without a lawyer and we can’t afford the lawyer because there’s no one who’s is working there. The sale in execution is a reserve price of at least R150 000
