FNB wants to keep me in debt.
Even after settling my debt with their appointed debt collection agencies,FNB refused to close the accounts .The debt is still active on my credit profile and appears as though it’s in arrears. Can’t even get through to their useless legal department.This seems to be a concerning pattern aimed at misleading customers into ongoing debt obligations.
