FNB wants their clients to owe them... even when its not necessary
I have been with FNB for a very long time.
I have been trying to cancel the COVID19 facility for awhile now. Even before they paid one of each of my installments. Now after a long time, someone finally contacts me to say that if i want to cancel, i need to pay the money that was used + interest immediately before they will allow me to cancel. I feel like FNB just lost the plot with their clients. I want to pay the current amount in 2 installments but dont want to be liable for the "whole" loan amount. Thus me wanting to close the facility. But FNB agents either dont respond or give you horrible attitudes.
FNB needs to assist their clients - surely its a good thing that your client's finances are getting better that they find no reason to have such a facility on their accounts.
Why is it such an issue to allow a client to pay in 2 installments the total they owe you for just 1 month's installments?
FNB how can we NOT help you...... Im beyond annoyed right now.
