FNB WANTS ME TO MAKE FALSE DECLARATION OF MY INCOME & EXPENSES

I have been struggling for the past 2 months for FNB to downgrade my account profile from RMB Private Bank Client back to FNB Private Clients. They got me to upgrade in August 2019 on false pretences that I would receive more benefits from their reward programme which was not true. I have not been able to make more than a few hundred Ebucks per month since upgrading and have also not been able to move past reward level 1. I had been assigned a new Private Bank with RMB and after 6 weeks of trying to get them to downgrade me, they eventually downgraded my current account but not yet my credit card. Without both been downgraded I am not able to maximise my ebucks rewards. They requested that I sign a quotation in order to downgrade the account but this quotation included a statement that my monthly Income was higher than a certain amount as well as my monthly expenses lower than a certain amount. Both these amounts were incorrect and I changed them manually and sent the amended quotation to them. After hearing nothing I had to enquire to what was happening then they said I must sign the quotation without making the amendments. I asked them then to change the pre-populated figures which were not correct and then I would sign. Last week an agent phoned me and tried to convince me that the amount stated was correct because this is what they got from the bureaus. I told him that it was definitely not correct and that they have to change the amounts on the form. He promised to get back to me by 10am that day but I am still waiting any response from him further. Today my patience has finally run out and I sent a message to the RMB private banker stating that if they do not correct the quotation by the end of business today I would revert to social media platform to complain as well as lodging an official complaint to the banking ombudsman. His response was as follows:- Hi Wendy We want to get this credit card matter resolved. To amend your income and expenses bh our card division it is a mission practically impossible. PLEASE PLEASE JUST SIGN THE Quote Bongani sent to you WITHOUT MAKING ANY ALTERATIONS ON IT PLEASE PLEASE. THANKS. I cannot believe that the only way they will be able to fix the mess that they created in the first place is by me having to make a false declaration.
