FNB want R55 for a statement

I receive a statement for my 102year old mother every month. I did not receive a statement for Feb. I was told that I have to payR55 for a statement to be sent . I will not pay as the error is on the part of FNB.. Not me. The ATM only gives a mini statement which is useless. I am accountable for my mothers finances and I need a statement. I do not have an app or do online banking for my mother as it is too expensive
