FNB Walmer Park Branch Manageress *** I'm very happy to write this review of my experience with Andile Mtati a Consultant at your Walmer Park Branch. I had a problem with an expired Debit Card. Not having been notified of this Card being expired in Feb.2022. To my embarrassment when I when to submit the card for a purchase and the Card Machine declined the purchase. When the Teller Controller examined the Card it was then only discovered that my Card had expired in Feb.2022. Knowing that if I don't go as soon as the doors are opened for Customer Services the queues would be long. However, I was fortunate and took a ticket and sat waiting for a Consultant. Shortly Andile Mtati called my number to his cubical. His manner was polite, friendly and businesslike. I explained that I needed to renew my Debit Card. After the formalities of identities, he took my expired card and checked the Profile. Asked a few questions, seeing that I was a Senior Customer (age wise) he spork distinctly and slow. Excellent observance. He printed on a clean new Card various details and asked me to check with the scanner if it was correct and warding. I walked out happy that I had delt with such a wonderful Coinsultant.
