FNB walk in center consultant

Today I had to visit the FNB walk in center at Montagu Gardens Cape Town. Because I only registered for online banking recently I needed some help. Thank goodness for a very patient lady Sisanda. She kept calm when I became a bit stressed. She was very encouraging and treated me with understanding. This meant a lot to me as stress factors were already very high considering standing in line although the queue moved pretty fast. So thank you Sisanda , this old lady is very thankful that you helped.
