FNB : waiting gor card delivery or collection 3 months later

This is disgraceful. I have app**** for a debit card for my child in July. Two complaints later no card delivered. First the bank blamed me for not colleting the card on time. I didn't receive notification to collect, note that. Second time around they are blaming the courier company. Two weeks ago a man who said he's working for courier company called me and promised to deliver soon! Here I am. FNB "how can we help you" ...well are you helping?
