FNB- waiting 6 weeks for feedback and a refund

I am a premium client, I was ****** of my phone while on my phone, 26th of January!!!! we are now the 6th of March. No funds have been replaced. No correspondence from FNB. The only app on my phone that gets hacked is FNB, not Investec, Not Discovery Bank, not any other app at all. I cancelled the I phone, cancelled the Sim card. All the other accounts and Apps were fine. ONLY FNB!!!! How ? why???
