FNB Vryburg ewallet refund my R2900

I was withdrawing R2900 from FNB ewallet on 27 Dec 2019 at FNB Vryburg in North West province. The money was gone from my ewallet and I didn’t receive it. I went inside to report, I completed the form and they did the copy of my slip. All the investigations we done and they found out that I didn’t receive the money and I must be refunded. Since Wednesday 08 January 2020 I am waiting for my refund. Please assist
