FNB Vredenburg worst

Fnb Vredenburg probably one of the worst fnb branches. Today for the second time my money was swallowed by a atm while trying to deposit. The first time it was R 20 000 and the second time it was R15 100. Every time they tell me I have to wait 48 hours for my money. It is my money and i have a deadline to pay on the day so I cant wait. They are not even willing to prioritize my request. It is not small change. Just because their machines ain't up to date or gives problems I, the customer should suffer. the worst part is the first time it happened they just shoved me in a quee and did not say what i should do or anything. every time I get Fnb Vredenburg probably one of the worst fnb branches.
