FNB Vitrtual Cards

I have a virtual credit card with FNB. I have tried to use this card (via Apple Pay) at a merchant, the transaction was declined 4 times at the point of Sale of the merchant, however the transactions has still been processed to my credit card as Pending, affecting my availble transaction balance.

I have reached out to FNB via one of their secure channels, however all that I am getting is "sorry for the inconvenience".

Stay away from FNB, their processes are substandard and it rivals the incompetency of their call centre personnel.
