FNB VISA DMS LINK

Today I painfully see that R110 is deducted from my FNB account for the second time, titled VISA DMS LINK. I share same frustrations as ZANMARI S (7 July 2024) and SUMAYA D (28 May 2028). When Capitec Business is hunting for us to migrate en masse to their side - how can FNB let its Customer Care guard slip???? Anyway, how did FNB win the Best Digital Services Bank award#2023???? These questions are best answered (1) by the Executive officials, not by mere call centre agents, (2) on a popular public media domain, not through these secretive approaches - of confidential contact with dissatisfied clients.
