FNB Virtual Cards ***** and *****ulent Agents

FNB and their virtual card service are beyond pathetic. When payments fail via the virtual card they cannot assist. Payment authorisation holds via virtual cards...they cannot assist. It's been over 7days that their online agent prompted me to retry a failed transaction via virtual card which didn't go through but instead is sitting on pending and affecting my available balance. You contact their agents Mkhwa****, McLean will simply end the chat with the hopes that you will not go further with query. Complaints...again they will bombard you with paperwork so they don't have to investigate your query/complaint. You guys have taken ****** my money at this point
