FNB Virtual Cards????

What has happened to my Virtual Cards? This is now I think for the past few months. Everywhere you go whether it be Engen or Checkers, they say use your virtual card for ebucks rewards. When I try, the app says no cards linked to account. This is on my personal profile and business. Now on a few occations I was forced to use my debit card for online purchases which I do not like due to the risk and obviously rewards.
