FNB Virtual Card Transaction

After I reported my ***** case on the 13th, of R879.79, the same amount were stole again on the account on the 16th , using virtual card which I deleted.

Now my account sitting on -510, How can the security of a big bank like this be compromised? how will I know that this will not happen again? The entire FNB Security and their system are really doing us wrong. I need this fixed and I want my money reversed urgently.

I am not rich I need every cent.
