FNB Virtual Card terrible service

It has been a nightmare dealing with FNB Virtual Credit card. Despite having a personal banker I was unable to resolve a virtual credit card payment. FNB forced you as a client to use the virtual card and penalises you with EBucks etc if not used yet they do not have the support services or expertise to deal with the issues that may arise. Spent the whole morning and part of yesterday making payment that was declined each time. Finally used an Investec credit card and it worked. Very disappointed with FNB service as a private client.
