FNB Virtual card service is extremely dangerous.

Be extremely careful of the new FNB Virtual card feature. I created my first virtual card over a month ago to pay for something online. I assumed according to the advert that the CVV changes hourly. However this is not true, The same company that I paid a month ago using the virtual card managed to take out more money from my account using the exact virtual card and expired CVV. The transactions are listed below.

Both unauthorized transactions were in the morning 02:13am when I was fast asleep. No one has access to my account, I am a bachelor. I live alone and both my tablet and phone was by my bedside at 2am in the morning. FNB

I am a Private Wealth account holder. I earn a lot of money monthly. If R2,287 can be ****** from me perhaps R100,000 can also be ******. I do not recommend the virtual card service offered by FNB. It is unsafe and the CVV doesn't change hour. (This is a misleading adverti*****t on TV)
