FNB virtual card ***** issue still not resolved

My virtual credit card issue which I reported here on the 20th November is still unresolved. FNB has just now taken money off my current account to pay for a credit card monthly instalment calculated on a balance that includes the *****elent amount in question while my account still remains frozen since the 20th October when the ***** incidence was reported with FNB
