My encounter: I started using the FNB virtual card to make transactions recently in the hopes that it would be more secure than using a debit card. However, I was surprised to see that this morning, a payment that I did not authorize was made using their "virtual card facility," which is said to change every hour. It caused me petrol, time and money to get the matter reported to their ***** department . I am really disappointed at their lack of accountability and for selling us a **** product.
