Fnb Virtual card hacked

My name is Thabo Aphane ***. Very disappointed in their service. My virtual card was hacked, I dont know how unless someone from inside used it to purchase personal xit with it cause virtual card changes numbers every hours meaning even if I use it there is no ****en way the same company I used it can claim again on it. So fnb staff ****ed me! Worse i called their ***** line then i was told they will send an email and I'll ba contacted shortly and there is no reference number cause they say its escalation process so how the **** will I make a follow up on it. Then they say I must cancel the virtual card and they will contact me. What kind of city service is this, yeeer should have sued and signed ul with capitec this is nonsense from a so claimed big bank
