FNB virtual card *****

Fnb advertises virtual card with a dynamic CVV number that changes regularly to minimise the risk of *****, which is not the case. I used my virtual card for a online purchase and 2-3 days later more purchases went through. Its extremely difficult to get hold of anyone at Fnb, its 2 weeks later and still have not received my money back.
