Fnb ***** Virtual Card

On 16th of may I reported a ***** case on my virtual card, after that I have been trying to follow up every second day, with the same answer please allow 7-14 business days. Now the 14 days have passed and asked a follow up again, now they say there is nothing yet the case is now escalated and I must allow another 48 working hours.
