FNB Virtual Card *****

I woke up this morning to a message that says R879.99 was reserved for an online purchase from my virtual card. I am not aware of the transaction. How did they get my details? How can this happen if the cover keep on changing? FNB sells how safe the virtual card is and yet I lost my money. I want my money reversed immediately.
